The specific terms governing individual service engagements are set forth in separate service agreements. These Terms govern the use of the Site and any information submitted through it, not the delivery of specific contracted services.

• Submission of an intake form does not guarantee service commencement, project approval, or a binding contract
• A service engagement begins only upon execution of a separate written service agreement or statement of work

Form submissions are reviewed by our team during business hours. We do not guarantee specific response times but aim to respond to all inquiries within three (3) business days.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SPECTRUM ALLIANCE LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE OR ITS SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR SERVICES IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Spectrum Alliance LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) any information you submit; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Privacy

12. Membership Program

The Spectrum Alliance Membership Program is not currently active or available. Any membership interest registration through the Site is for waitlist purposes only. Submission of a membership interest form does not constitute enrollment in any membership program, does not guarantee future membership access, does not create any contractual obligation on the part of Spectrum Alliance, and does not establish any membership benefits, pricing, or terms.

Membership program details, pricing, benefits, and terms — if and when the program launches — will be communicated separately to interested parties and will be subject to separate agreements.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Washington State in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that any arbitration or court proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as part of a class action or collective proceeding.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
